SHOP  

  1. The Party making a purchase hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER, can only be an adult natural person or a legal person.

SUBJECT OF THE TRANSACTION

  1. The transaction subject is the sale of goods in the offer presented on the website https://dreadsforyou.com
  2. All prices are quoted in US dollars. The price given for each commodity is binding for the CUSTOMER at the time of order. DREADSFORYOU.COM reserves the right to change prices of goods in the offer, introduce new products into the SHOP’s offer, carry out and cancel promotions or make any changes.
  3. All product names presented on the website of the SHOP belong to DREADSFORYOU owners and are used in the SHOP for identification purposes.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND FULFILLMENT

  1. Order placement is tantamount to an acceptance of these regulations and consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of the order fulfillment.
  2. Placing an order by the CUSTOMER is tantamount to an authorization given to the SHOP to issue a receipt or an invoice without the signature of the CUSTOMER.
  3. Each order will be fulfilled if the product is in stock. In case of unavailability of the ordered products, the SHOP shall contact the CUSTOMER who shall decide on how to fulfill the order (partial fulfillment, lengthened the pending time, cancelation of the whole order).
  4. The order can be fulfilled only if the CUSTOMER has provided their address data, e-mail address and phone number. The SHOP is not responsible for incorrectly supplied information from the customer.
  5. The order is sent to the production process only after receiving the full value of the goods
  6. All dreads and braids are made to order and production process can take up to 10-14 business days (Sat and Sun are not business days).
  7. DREADSFORYOU Shop regularly has discounts and promotions. The client can use a discount code to take advantage of these discounts and promotions, which can see on our social networks or by writing to us by email

PAYMENT METHODS

After processing your order from the DREADSFORYOU.COM store the invoice, which includes total purchase price, will be generated automatically. Methods of payment: – PayPal – Credit Card All data between your computer and the payment system are over a secure connection using Secure Socket Layers (SSL). DREADSFORYOU.COM keeps your payment information secure and never receive your credit card information.  

DELIVERY

Delivery time will depend on the destination country and the postal service. International delivery times are not regulated and are approximate. Also, actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We have 2 types of delivery:  

  • DHL Expedited Shipping – calculated according to country/city (3-15 business days)

Pay attention. We are not responsible for delays due to Customs and we can’t affect to speed of their work. We are not responsible for delivery times provided by the carrier. Also, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

WARRANTY, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  1. All dreads and braids can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. All dreads and braids are personalized and MADE TO ORDER. We accept changes to orders and cancellations within 3 days of purchase.
  1. We can refund the full amount of the order only in case the parcel is lost. To do this we need to get an official response from the Postal Service or Logistic Company about the loss. The investigation process can take up to two months.
  2. Differences arising from the individual settings of the CUSTOMER’s computer/phone (color, proportions, etc.) can’t be used as a basis for complaints of a purchased item.
  3. If you have any allergies to modacrylic fiber (synthetic hair “Kanekalon”) we don’t recommend using these items (DE/SE Dreads). You place an order at your own risk.
  4. In case of complaints of the ordered goods, it is necessary to inform us via email: info@dreadsforyou.com
